Hi=2C

I am a PhD student at Ben Gurion University=2CIsrael=2C studying predato=
r-prey interactions between gerbils and red foxes (Vulpes vulpes)=2EAs p=
art of one of my field experiments=2C I am interested in putting GPS col=
lars on red foxes=2EOn an average the foxes here weigh around 3kg=2E I h=
ave 2 questions=3A
=C2=A0* Have any one used Tellus mini GPS collars (manufactured by Telev=
ilt)=3F If yes=2C how did it perform=3F I know at least one person who h=
as had a bad experience with these collars=2E Also=2C=C2=A0 Frair et al=2E=
2004 (J=2E Applied Ecol 41=3A201-212) mention that Televilt collars had =
a lower probability of acquiring GPS locations than Lotek collars (they =
used larger GPS collars)=2E To my knowledge Televilt make the lightest G=
PS collars=2E
* Could someone kindly suggest some other reliable brand of light GPS co=
llars=2C which they have been using for small mammals=3F (I know Lotek=C2=
=99=27s smallest collar weigh 200g=2C including the drop-off unit)=2E

Thanks a lot in advance=2E
