The successful applicant will be an *organismal biologist* interested in teaching vertebrate biology, anatomy, and/or general biology to biology majors, while also teaching other courses within their area of expertise; maintain an active research program and seek external funding; advise students; and provide service to the institution and profession. The Middletown Campus is located 23 miles from the university's main campus in Oxford, Ohio. This position requires a Ph.D. in Biology or a closely related field by date of appointment.
