Dickinson College welcomes applications for the Director for the Alliance for 
Aquatic Resource Monitoring (ALLARM).


ALLARM's next director will lead a staff of professionals and student interns 
dedicated to community-based aquatic science.  The Director is responsible for 
leadership of all ALLARM activities including supervising and mentoring staff 
and students, grant writing and implementation, fundraising, and maintaining 
ALLARM’s leadership role in community-based aquatic science. ALLARM is housed 
within and supported by nationally-recognized sustainability leader, Dickinson 
College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. This unique position combines higher 
education administration and leadership, non-profit management, aquatic science 
and community-based learning into one dynamic role.  Strong candidates will 
have experience in student-engagement, grant-writing and fundraising, and 
nonprofit management.
