Update: I did first : eb Flask-2.0.2-GCCcore-11.2.0.eb and installed the package.
Then : eb GPAW-21.6.0-intel-2021b.eb -r ../../ -D and it seems all dependencies are properly found. I don't know why it could not find previously the Flasl-2.0.2-GCCcore-11.2.0.eb.
