Title: distribution upgrade from 11.10 to 12.04, unity shell2d report error Status in unity-2d package in Ubuntu: Invalid Bug description: i tried to install new version on my ASUS 6U. previously it did not start after new install and came up with lots of error list and just stopped. reinstalled 11.10 and then upgraded to 12.04, thanks it worked but i kept all absolete packages(might have worked due to this). after reboot to new version, a few minutes later error message came up that unity 2dshell error. This the only i figred out.
