Bug description:
I'm testing 12.04 64-bit, with all the latest updates. I found that
unity-2d dialogs are missing minimise button. Coupled with this bug:

the situation is even worse than with Unity 3D, as I cannot even
minimise "Low Disk Space" dialog to launcher and it stays on desktop
all the time.
