Bug description:
The background colour of the BFB, Workspace Switcher, Lens, and Trash
launcher icon tiles should be taken from the average background colour
of the wallpaper, *not* the average colour of the icon.
To see the exact visual effect we are trying to achieve look at the
attached design. The implementation should look as close to what is
shown in this design as is possible.
