[dash] Cannot press tab to switch keyboard focus to results

Bug description:
In 11.10, I can no longer bring up the dash, type "term" and tab to
'Terminal' and hit enter. In 11.04 this was possible. It seems like
now I have to type the partial name, then hit down arrow twice, which
is not intuitive.
