[spread][launcher] Nautilus file copy windows are ignored and
difficult to access

Bug description:
If i have one nautilus window open and start a copy operation, and make sure
that the copy dialog is showing, I have the following situation:
- 2 pips are shown in launcher under nautilus (well, under the "home folder"
icon really)
- clicking on that icon to activate the spread will show only one window, the
main one. the copy dialog isn't shown in the spread.
This is inconsistent with the way other applications work. Either the
launcher should show only one pip, or the spread should show all
windows.
I noticed this after switching to Natty
This can be verified much easily by just starting Gimp and then
noticing how it has 2 pips in launcher, but only the main window in
spread: the toolbox window isn't shown in spread.
