Bug description:
Same as summary. See attahced ogv video (13 seconds long) for example.
I haven't noticed this behaviour despite using 12.04 since its release
on this same machine.
Expected behaviour: Global menu gets triggered when the mouse enters the top
of the screen
Actual behaviour: Global menu only gets triggered if the mouse cursor enters
the top of the screen to the right of the unity menu.
