Bug description:
[Problem]
If the user has a "Toggle Fullscreen" window keyboard shortcut
defined, it does not show in the Unity Help Overlay.
[Solution]
This is a important shortcut and should be shown in the "Windows" section of
the overlay, when it is activated and defined.
It would not change the default view, but show the shortcut only once
defined, thus improving the shortcut overlay for users having this shortcut
defined only.
