As part of the big bug clear up for 16.04 we have reviewed this bug and
we will not be working on it in the near future. Sorry we can't offer
you a fix. We will of course review patches if anyone submits them.

[regression] Launcher - Launcher icons have a noticable horizontal
two-tone line half way down

Bug description:
See image attached. Each icon in the launcher appears to have a two-
tone effect where the top half is darker than the bottom half. It
looks like there's a line through them, and is more pronounced the
bigger the icons are.

Desired solution:
- Remove the two-tone effect, this is a bug. The Launcher tile
background and border should be a single tone
