panel gets invisible once volume-notification shows up by scrolling
the volume-indicator

Bug description:
On scrolling the volume-indicator the panel gets invisible once the
volume-notification shows up. If the volume-notification already is
visible on scrolling the volume-indicator this doesn't happen.
The panel re-appear on giving something focus, or when the volume-
notification dissapear.
I recorded a .ogv and attached it.
