When I open the dialog to rearrange screens logically and apply the
change they have to be confirmed. If I open the dialog on the primary
screen the confirmation dialog is opened on the secondary screen an
reachable. If I open the dialog on the secondary screen, the
confirmation dialog is opened outside the screen and not reachable.
After the timeout the screens are reset. Rearranging screens is thus not
possible.
