changes in Ubuntu since that time you reported the bug and your problem
may have been fixed with some of the updates. It would help us a lot if

apport-collect 1071987 and any other logs that are relevant for this
particular issue.

I right clicked on the program at the bottom of the sidebar and the
context menu displayed in a very odd manner. It wouldn't let me take
a screenshot, so I just took a picture of it and attached it.
