Can't navigate through open files in Evince

Bug description:
I have opened couple of PDFs in Evince. According to the procedure, I
could switch/navigate through opened PDFs in Evince by pressing Alt+~
keys. But it doesn't work always. Most of the time it remain non-
responsive. Even switching/navigating through different applications
like Files, Evince also doesn't work when any PDF is kept open in
full-screen mode. I just cannot switch applications using Alt+Tab.
