Ubuntu 13.04 is no longer supported. Can you test is on 12.04 or 14.04
or 14.10?

Launcher is not working properly

Bug description:
On the desktop the launcher appears and works properly.
However if there is a full size window open, the launcher just only pops up
for a moment and quickly disappears.
Also it is unable to click on the icons on the poping-up launcher instead you
can only click on the things that is visible under the launcher.
In case the window is not full size (i.e you can see the desktop while you
have a window open on the screen) the launcher seems to be working fine most of
the time.
Sometimes however when there is/are window(s) open (not full size) launcher
will not appear unless you click inside the open window anywhere. Then you can
try the launcher again and it will appear this time.
