Dash scope bars have different sizes

Bug description:
Precise 3D 32-Bit up-to-date
When mouse overing a scope a whitish bar indicates which screen
element has currently focus. The 'Filter results' bar has an other
size then the other scope bars in the scope menu ('Type', 'Rating',
'Sources'...).

The 'Filter results' needs to be enlarged to fit the size of the other scope
bars.
Every detail matters for Precise :)
