Show alarm info in split greeter

Bug description:
What's the design for the datetime indicator in phone_greeter mode
like? Shouldn't it show whether there's an alarm set up? Seems like
important info.
Design said we could land split greeter without it, but we need to
close the feature gap now that it's in.
