unity freezes when i plug my second screen to the laptop

Bug description:
Binary package hint: unity
When i plug my screen to the laptop in order to work with two screens
everything freezes, normaly it is solved when i disconnect my screen
but some times I have to reboot my computer
i sorry i did not send any report, if you tell me how to report it, in
those cases i only i can work with the terminal ( alt+f1)
