Where do you look at "fr.po"? Running "msgunfmt /usr/share/locale-
langpack/fr/LC_MESSAGES/indicator-bluetooth.mo" on an utopic desktop
shows that translations are there ... is your issue the same as bug
#1365401, e.g missing translations from the langpacks for touch)?
