Matching subscriptions: dx-packages https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1257261 Title: No design for rotation/orientation/portrait lock menu Status in “indicator-applet” package in Ubuntu: Fix Released Bug description: <https://wiki.ubuntu.com/StatusBar> refers to a "rotation lock" indicator, but there is no design specification for how it should work -- particular, what (if any) menu would be invoked if you selected it. If it did have a menu, it would be awkward in that you would be able to use the menu to turn rotation lock off, but not to turn it on (because it wouldn't be present). One possibility is to not have the indicator at all. In comparison, iOS shows the lock status in its status bar but Android does not.
