Title:
[launcher] Install app from Software Center, tile appears on launcher.
Then run app from Dash, second tile appears

Bug description:
Steps to Repro
1. With Ubuntu Software Center install an application (e.g. eMule). A tile
for eMule will appear in the launcher.
2. Close Software Center.
3. Open Dash, search for eMule and run it.
Expected Result:
Existing tile is active application tile for eMule.
Actual Result:
A second eMule tile appears and is active tile.
Note:
Restarting the launcher fixes this.
Note also the tile created by Softare Center for eMule has a badly
sized icon.
