Bug description:
Week 32: Ubuntu 12.10 Quantal (Radeon GPU) with ppa:unity-team/staging
Icon present on launcher for an opened application stays on launcher
even after the previously opened application is closed. After a delay
of few minutes the icon for the recently closed application
disappears.

application showing that the gedit icon stays on the launcher even
after the application is closed.
