Bug description:
I am running Ubuntu 12.10 64 bit.
When you just logged in and you don't have any windows opened you
can't launch a dash search popup with Winkey.
When you open any window. Like Nautilus or any other. You can launch a
Dash searcher with winkey (superkey).
