it should be possible to turn off app recommendations/suggestions in

Bug description:
It should be possible to turn off the suggestions in the Application
lens. It is possible to do so temporary but their is no feature to do
so "for ever". It's great they show up if I'm searching for an app I
haven't installed, but why are they there all the time...?
Can't be hard to do, so please give us some choice according to the
Dash and it's results. Isn't it meant to be a place to find what I'm
looking for in a personal way? Then we need to be able to configure it
to fit our needs!
