Bug description:
I don't see filters in video lens and this happens in my regular fully
updated install and when running daily live image of Trusty.
Previously there was a bug in Trusty where there was no filters in
Dash (Bug #1283159) and it got resolved except for video lens which
still doesn't have filters.
