When starting or setting the desktop into mirrored mode, the dash bar either
does not show up at all or (seen now once) shows up in a completely wrong
location. When disabling mirror mode and setting both (laptop screen and
external monitor) to the same resolution as before with the mirrored mode, the
dash appears correctly.
