If you switch to firefox, whatever and press ALT+TAB, evince should be shown in the switcher and should be selectable. 4) Evince doesn't show up in the switcher. If you look at the launcher, there is not a filled pyramid left of the symbol, only a > Work around The bug can be solved, right clicking the evince symbol in the launcher and checkboxing "keep in launcher" for evince. Now you can close and open evince, and the pyrymid is appearing left in the launcher beside the evince symbol. If you now press ALT+TAB, evince is in the switcher and selectable. The other solution is, clicking on evince in the launcher, to show the running evince again.
