two launcher icons for gvim

Bug description:
Recent regression in precise:
I ran one copy of gvim, but I have two Vim icons in the launcher.
Clicking either of them raises the gvim window. I haven't had more
than one copy of gvim open during this session. Quitting it makes
both icons go away.
The second icon doesn't appear when it's first launched, only some
time later. I'll try to notice when that is.
This has happened a few times in the last several days.
