Dash reports “search...online sources” after online searching is

Bug description:
After I have disabled Unity's online search capability in the System
Settings, the dash continues to report “search your computer and
online sources” every time I open the dash.
The Dash should NOT be reporting that it is searching online sources
when this capability has been disabled by the user.
