unity: "always on visible workspace" not working
Status in “unity” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
This is on a machine with an external display connected but happens
equally when that display is unplugged:
steps to reproduce:
- open any new window
- right click titlebar, select "always on visible workspace"
- switch to a different workspace
- window does not stay visible but stays on old workspace
expected behaviour:
- keep selected window visible on any workspace I switch to
