monitor as well, it wouldn't happen in mirror, not sure what is the
trigger for the issue exactly but confirming the bug.

Bug description:
My keyboard shortcut screen (press and hold the super key) will not
display when I have workspaces enabled in system settings. It will
display when workspaces is not enabled. The keyboard shortcut overlay
also will not display when I boot the computer regardless of whether
or not workspaces is enabled.
