Title: pidgin shows lot of notifications on login Status in pidgin-libnotify: Confirmed Status in “notify-osd” package in Ubuntu: Invalid Bug description: When u first open pidgin, a lot of notifications are shown (since all online contacts display a notification). Instead contact is online notification should be shown only for contacts who become online after the user is logged into Pidgin completely.
