Normally in byobu Shift + F12 disables a specific setting, but it doesn't in 12.04 Also in a custom 4gl (Empress) application we have Shift + F12 normally opens a window, but it doesn't in 12.04. Any other program that uses 12.04 has the same issue. I have tested this on 3 machines running 12.04.
