Indeed the solution by Progger works ! protobuf from this ppa (protobuf 2.5.0) replaces libprotobuf.so.7 with libprotobuf.so.8 I wasn't aware that unity uses protobuf and couldn't connect this ppa upgrade with unity problem because i wasn't restarting unity for a long time.
