I have 100% repro of this issue immediately after switching conversation
tabs in Pidgin. Running Saucy, and I can see the unity-panel-service
jump to 100% cpu usage in top and in conky. Please contact me if you
need any more info.

Bug description:
After about 1 hour of uptime top panel is not reacting on the mouse
pointer. I can't interact with any applet and user menu. I can't
interact with any software menu on the top panel. It is just not
reacting.
