I was in Banshee, but launched nautilus (by clicking on the launcher item) If you look at the screenshot then nautilus is "blue" but nautilus is displayed on the screen. However Chromium is still displayed in the titlebar. I'm not sure why this is; I didn't minimize Chromium. I've had similar situations a few times (it's very noticeable now that the bfb turns blue).
