My system is in German. The message means in English that the blank dvd cannot be mounted. It is already mounted, but that's not true! For example if I burn something on the DVD+RW and then I insert it, there is no error message. If I erase this DVD+RW and then I insert it again, then as already mentioned the error you can see in the screenshot will be shown on the display. My Laptop is a Thinkpad Edge E530 with Ubuntu 13.04. This error was first introduced in Ubuntu 12.10. In Ubuntu 12.04 LTS I have never seen such an error.
