Bug description:
Current situation:
Incoming call appears in snap decision format, but missing:
- Current screen becomes inactive, except for incoming call snap decision
- Decision buttons not the right visual colours and assets (missing colour
and combo button)
Desired solution:
As per spec, when receiving an incoming call the snap decision should make
the current screen inactive (eg grey out) except for the notification. And the
notification buttons and style should be as per design.
