I should be working on this again soon. For over a year I've been writing
another book ("Systems Performance"), but that should be done soon. I hope
to get the DTraceToolkit setup in a meaningful way on github, to support
multiple OSes.
I did do some FreeBSD scripts earlier for the DTrace book (will be in the
tarball on www.dtracebook.com).
