Hi Bob,

The pid provider can trace arbitrary instructions in any function that appears 
in the symbol table. The only exception is for functions that contain jump 
tables -- for those we only expose entry and return probes. Can you send the 
dtrace(1M) invocation you're using and the disassembly of the function you're 
trying to trace?
