Hello, First, I would suggest going through the steps in our Troubleshooting Guide <https://wiki.lyrasis.org/display/DSPACE/Troubleshoot+an+error> to look for a more detailed error message, which may be found through the browser and/or the backend logs. Does this occur for any different file type you try to upload, or only some types?
