Hi all,

I’ve got a weird bug to fix. The sword interface on my server is returning a malformed atom statement when uploading a document. See the attached example.

The typical process is:

  1. Query the service document.
  2. Upload a package and receive a receipt.
  3. Download the atom statement from the receipt.

The last step is the part which is returning the malformed response. Line 44 from the document looks like this:

        <http://purl.org/net/sword/terms/depositedOn xmlns="">2025-01-23T00:55:56</http://purl.org/net/sword/terms/depositedOn>

Has anyone seen an error like this with the swordv2 API before? My specific version is DSpace 8.0.

Thanks,

-Andrew
