Hi, 
I think you can follow the instruction from DSpace 8 wiki documentation 
<https://wiki.lyrasis.org/display/DSDOC8x/Installing+DSpace>

At the point 16 (*Production Installation (adding HTTPS support) *you can 
modify the configuration file of Apache2 or NGinx to add your domain name.
