Our institution is planning on releasing a 7.6 instance of Dspace on Kubernetes. This will be our 1st time using Kubernetes and Dspace together. In preparing for this, we want to test the environment as much as possible. So...
(1) Has anyone developed a load simulator for Dspace to test performance? I have heard that this one might be a good one: https://github.com/JoeDog/siege (2) We are interested in using the Prometheus Monitoring System to monitor performance. Has anyone set this up with Dspace? (3) Can any of the pods have multiple replicas so that they are resilient to maintenance in the Kubernetes environment? Maybe only the frontend currently? Any information you may have on this would be greatly appreciated.
