Hi, If you are still having this issue, you should be able to create a **new** DSpace Administrator account from the commandline using the "[dspace]/bin/dspace create-administrator" command. This command can also be used to change the password of an existing admin account (just enter the same email as the existing admin account).
That should allow you to create an admin who is able to access your site again.
