Hi, If you are seeing odd behaviors in DSpace 7.x, then you should use the Troubleshooting Guide <https://wiki.lyrasis.org/display/DSPACE/Troubleshoot+an+error#Troubleshootanerror-DSpace7.x(orabove)> to look for possible errors being thrown behind the scenes. These errors may be visible in the UI layer (by looking in your browser's DevTools) or in the backend logs. Not all errors will appear in the backend logs, as it depends on whether the error occurs in the UI or in the backend.
I can verify that this Processes feature is working on our demo site (https://demo.dspace.org/), which is running pre-7.6.2 (which should be released in the next few months). It also is working on 7.6.1. So, my suspicion is either you are hitting an error, or perhaps you are running into some bug that may have been fixed in a later release of 7.x. The best way to determine what is occurring is to try to find the underlying error using that Troubleshooting Guide.
