you need the endpoint of the oAuth server from the university to use it, the realm, a client-id and a secret. See the [dspace]/config/modules/authentication-oidc.cfg .
Usually you can obtain some information (not the client-id, not the secret) from https://<your-oauth-server>/auth/realms/<your-realm>/.well-known/openid-configuration in JSON.
