Hi,

It's very difficult to provide advice unless you locate the *underlying 
error* behind these issues.  A 500 error just tells you that an error 
occurred, but you must follow the troubleshooting guide to find details 
about the 
error:

If links are not working, that also implies to me that there's an error 
occurring (possibly in the UI).  So, following the troubleshooting guide is 
also the recommended path.

Once you locate the underlying error messages, you can share them here if 
you cannot figure out the cause.  You also should check our Common 
Installation Issues to see if one of the errors you find is listed there 
already:
